Heavy-duty wheel made of high-strength grey cast iron with hardness 180–220 HB, suitable for rolling applications on H-beams (I-beams) and industrial conveying systems. It features a machined tread and flange for smooth and safe guidance on rails or tracks.
The tread surface is tapered by 3° relative to the axle, ensuring extremely low rolling resistance, stable operation, and reduced wear. For wheel diameters Ø125 mm and above, the wheel is equipped with a grease nipple for easy maintenance and extended service life.
Its construction provides outstanding wear resistance and high mechanical strength, while the silver lacquered finish offers protection against oxidation and external environmental factors.
