SEMI ELECTRIC PALLET STACKER 500 KGS TO 1300 mm

VANGO semi-electric self-loading stacker (Self-Loading Stacker) STAXX, suitable for the loading, unloading, lifting, and transportation of palletized loads, particularly in delivery operations involving trucks, vans, and trailers. Its special design allows the machine to load itself into the vehicle without the need for a ramp or tail lift, thereby increasing operational flexibility and efficiency.

It shall have a load capacity of 500 kg, depending on the model, and a maximum lifting height of up to 1,300 mm. The lifting operation shall be electrically powered, while the movement of the stacker shall be manual, ensuring ease of operation and reduced operator fatigue.

The unit shall be equipped with an electric lifting motor rated at 0.8 kW (VANGO 500) or 1.6 kW (VANGO 1000), a 12V / 45Ah rechargeable traction battery, and an integrated charger, allowing charging from a standard electrical power supply.

Its compact design shall enable operation in confined spaces and inside transport vehicles. The stacker shall incorporate a safe support system during lifting operations, as well as a foot brake for the secure immobilization of the equipment.

The unit shall be of robust construction, manufactured from high-strength steel, with appropriate anti-corrosion protection and coating.

The offered equipment shall bear the CE marking and comply with the applicable European safety and quality standards.
