Υποστηρίζει μια υγιή και όρθια στάση και λαμβάνει προληπτικά μέτρα ώστε να μην εμφανίζεται πόνος. οι μύες της πλάτης και των μηρών ενισχύονται ενώ η σπονδυλική στήλη , οι μεσοσπονδύλιοι δίδκοι και τα γόνατα ανακουφίζονται. Ελαφρύ ζυγίζει λιγότερο από 2,9 kg, ευέλικτο για χρήση με ύψος από 1,5m – 2,0m , άνετο για κάθε τύπο σώματος με την βοήθεια ζώνης ή τιραντών ή και τα δυο (έως 120kg).
